Mustang is more cinematic, more dark jazz, a little bit moodier,î Alex explains. ìI wanted to do an album that made sense from A to Z. Every track is kind of different ñ one track is more bluesy, one track is more influenced by drum & bass, one track is more like Detroit house, one track more hip hop ñ but itís not house and itís not hip hop. You get the impression of that, but thereís a line in the sound ñ the soundscape ñ because I use the same kinds of classical string sounds and samples.î

Mustang aka Alex Attias, the soul behind Beatless, Bel Air Project and many
other top shelf projects, who also runs his own label Visions Inc., has just
re-located from London to Lausanne in his home country Switzerland. The new
album “Back Home” features BÈmbÈ SÈguÈ, Del, Jessica Lauren, Colonel Red and
Mark de Clive-Lowe, but before all Alex Attias himself. Far out. A personal
yet interlinking album.
