Four more afrobeat mash ups from one of the better crews around.

Third volume of the popular Afroheat series continues on the same tip as previous 12″s – classic afrobeat tracks mashed up with classic soul funk or more modern beats and pies in dancefloor rocking style. First up we get an afro vocal over the Coolie dance riddim, next up William Onyebore’s classic Body and Soul gets a slight retwek from the re-edit that was out on Afrodisiac records a couple of years ago. Flip over for a Fela vocal over Spider Rap, and finally Soul Makkosa gets expertly blended with ‘Last Night A DJ Saved My Life’.
