Andy Votel Presents – Brazilika

Following on from previous Brazilka selectors by dance music pioneers Kenny Dope and 4hero, Far Out Recordings decided to peer further down the periscope and brought in Manchester based Andy Votel. A highly respected record collector; known internationally amongst DJ’s, record collectors and producers as a champion of obscure psych-folk-prog-hiphop-jazz-trash-kraut-fuzz-tropicalia and funk. Andy Votel’s expertise in unearthing and popularising left field and long lost forgotten musical gems is evident from the material released on his Manchester based record label Finders Keepers and has previously worked with the likes of Badly Drawn Boy and as well as released artist albums through XL Recordings.
