Roy Ayers – No Stranger To Love
Sold out!£25.00
More hot shiit from the might of Ayers.
Not only is this the album that spawned the outrageously sexy “Don’t Stop The Feeling” but also, a spectacular cover of Bobby Caldwell’s anthemic “What You Won’t Do For Love”, with incredible strings and more, arranged by the demon, William Allen.
As this release pre-dates the Michael Boothman 7″/12″ by more than a year, it’s pretty safe to say that Booothman was heavily influenced by a lot of the elements featured in the Ayers arrangement.
Rare white US white label ( 56 – Pitman Pressing).
Sleeve is in great condition but has edge-ware all round, storage crease (top right), gold colour promo print (rear top left).
One careful owner since 1979.
