Coming from Baltimore club music (the home town of both the MC and XXXchange, the producer), Miami bass and any other hyped-up, gutter-mouthed Black American hybrid you can think of, the beauty of Spank Rock is that they can make it seem so fresh and so funny. ìBackyard Bettyî is a proper blue collar love story, just with more emphasis on the blue than the collar.
