“Biscuits” – recorded with his band (comprising of ex-Prankster rhythm section Guy Whittaker on bass and Tim Thornton on drums) is the true story of Fink’s realisation that a day job is a trap. The title is a reference to his first job in the big smoke as the tea and biscuit boy for a large corporation. A hybrid of blues, soul, beats and dub this is a real taster for the album to follow….
