Athens of the North does not release new material very often, when they do it has to be up to standard and Grupo Magnético most undeniably are up to par.

Recording a sound from a certain period is notoriously difficult to pull off, Grupo Magnético managed to release a record that sounds as if it was recorded in a smokey dive straight outta Miami circa ’60s-’70s.
